Bodybuilding, Strength Training, and me being a noob.
I have learned a lot in my time as a trainer, working in a big box gym most of my clients wanted weight loss, or where elderly looking to build strength back. When it come to power lifting / strength training, and bodybuilding I am a noob. This is my insight on the matter from where I stand on the subject now.
I have been studying these subjects a lot as I enjoy channels like every damn day fitness, Alan Thrall, and the buff Dudes. I have been also buying up a lot of books on the subject. It is my goal to increase my numbers strength wise as soon as I can while throwing in a little body building so I don't just feel strong, but look it as well.
